BMA’s head office and its biggest site has been located in the heart of Braunschweig right from the start. BMA makes the most of its location in the heart of a lively big city with flexible working hours and the Kinder-Werk crèche just off site.

To make it easier for our employees to combine family and work, BMA got involved in setting up the Kinder-Werk crèche in 2009.

For over 100 years, BMA has provided young people with first-class training, helping them to get started in their job. We share our knowledge with the next generation – and receive plenty in return. Once they have completed their training, many apprentices and trainees stay with BMA, helping to delight our customers around the globe every day.
