Having undertaken numerous studies over the years, BMA has access to a vast database of information and quite practical and useful “rules of thumb” when it comes to analysing the factory performance data. Outcomes of the study/scan can be either immediately put into application or further developed into a Master Plan, with additional details from CAPEX and OPEX analyses and ROI calculations of the expected benefit.
